Mathias Strasser is the CEO of WallStreetdocs. Prior to starting WallStreetDocs in 2009, Mathias was a European Counsel at Sullivan Cromwell for ten years, where he gained extensive experience in all aspects of U.S. and European capital markets, MA and private equity law. Mathias holds degrees from Harvard Law School and Vienna University.
Alan Angell is Head of Investment Banking Solutions. Alan was previously in-house counsel at J.P. Morgan where he gained extensive experience of structured products and derivatives and managed J.P. Morgan’s document automation platform for structured products. Alan qualified with CMS Cameron McKenna LLP as a capital markets and derivatives lawyer and holds a BSci in Chemistry from Bristol University.
Tom Nolan is a member of WallStreetDocs’ legal team. Before joining WallStreetDocs, Tom was a paralegal with Ashurst LLP’s securities and derivatives group, where he gained a wide range of experience in capital markets and derivatives law, specialising in structured products. Tom completed his law degree at the University of Exeter and Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, Guildford.
