WallStreetdocs was founded in London in 2008 with the amibition of developing the definitive document-centric automation solution for legal and financial documents.
Mission
Our mission is to streamline and enhance the documentation processes of banks and other financial services institutions. In doing so, we aim to enable our clients to draft better legal and offering documents and cut their overall documentation costs, while making sure the resulting documents are as investor-friendly as possible.
To be a competent partner for our clients, we make sure our teams consist of lawyers and IT experts with many years of experience in the areas in which we operate.
