Our authoring platform is sufficiently easy to use so that lawyers can create and maintain document templates without the help of IT. However, if you would like us to, we are happy to assume responsibility for your templates. Unlike other vendors, we have years of experience in the documentation of legal and financial transactions.

Thanks to our relationships with law firms, we can offer you legal opinions on document templates created with WallStreetdocs DocAuto as well as on any documents generated for specific transactions (e.g., for takedowns off a shelf program or repackaging transactions).

WallStreetdocs DocAuto comes with an API that allows it to interact with other software. Thus, if you already use a document management platform, such as Thunderhead or SharePoint, you can integrate your current system with WallStreetdocs DocAuto to speed up the creation of documents for new types of products.
