Mathias is a co-founder and the Chief Executive Officer at WallStreetdocs. Prior to joining the company, he spent ten years at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, where he advised the world's leading companies on a broad range of capital markets, lending and M&A transactions. Mathias is qualified to practice law in several jurisdictions. He holds a master in law and a doctorate in law from the University of Vienna School of Law as well as an LL.M. degree from the Harvard Law School.
Dave Thorn
Dave is the Head of Technology at WallStreetdocs. He is responsible for the overall development of the WallStreetdocs platform. Dave joined the company in 2010, having held systems architect positions at various organizations.
