We are looking for candidates who are as comfortable writing high-performance REST APIs, and handling complex data entities and rules, as they are building front-end assets, styling UI elements and debugging Internet Explorer issues
We are looking for a contractor to work onsite 2 days a week at our Canary Wharf office, and the rest remotely. The contract is for an initial 3-month duration, and will likely be extended. While working remotely, you will be expected to be fully available by phone, email and slack at all times during UK business hours (9am - 6pm).

We are looking for an experienced senior PHP developer who is looking for a chance to take on a lead position, mentoring a team of junior PHP developers. At its core, our document templating engine consists of scripts that turn incoming XML into Microsoft Word or PDF documents, although there are related systems such as XML mapping layers and workflow scripts.
The document templating process is currently sub-optimal and difficult to work with and requires both financial and IT expertise in order to help take our PHP technology to a more structured place.
You will get the chance to lead the migration over from our legacy quercus Java/PHP wrapper, to a native PHP setup using a PHP framework.
Train and mentor junior coders

We are looking for an experienced Service Desk Manager to oversee our service desk for a suite of web applications. The web applications are comprised of front-end UI applications, app server backend and REST API interface connections.
The successful applicant will be a results driven Service Desk Manager with proven experience of service delivery within the terms of Customer SLA’s & managing and Service desk engineers.
You will be responsible for managing a team of service desk engineers who provide quality support to our prestigious legal client customer base. You will ensure that excellent levels of technical support and customer service are provided across the organisation and measure relevant SLA's and KPI's.

The Service Desk Manager will work across 1st line interaction with customers managing service requests and incidents through to 3rd line resolution of complex problems.

We are looking for a legal project manager to assist the head of platform with the day to day running of RegXchange. The ideal candidate for this role has paralegal or compliance experience but will be looking for a change from the every-day paralegal role. The role is extremely varied and will allow the right candidate to really build upon previous client facing skills. You will be responsible for coordinating various regulatory workstreams, liaising with our clients to solidify platform feature requests, creating proposals and assisting with marketing campaigns, as well as liaising with third party providers, drafting NDAs and reviewing internal and external agreements.
Attending and assisting with the co-ordination of the weekly RegXchange meeting
Co-ordinating and assisting to run the different regulatory workstreams
Liaise with the IT project manager and compile reports to feed in to the Head of platform and RegXchange working group
Working with the admin assistant to ensure that all bills are sent out on time and to follow up with clients for unpaid invoices
Drafting and reviewing amendments to agreements and NDAs
Drafting template proposals based on the discussions held at the RegXchange meetings
Assisting with marketing campaigns, drafting wording for marketing materials including brochures, presentations and website content and liaising with our designer. You will draft and manage email campaigns and attend bilateral meetings with prospective clients
Assist with the day to day management of client queries and issues, interacting where needed with the service desk
